- 3 year development programme : Open to all degree disciplines.
- Program is structured into 3 x 8 month placements.
- Objective of the programme – to generate a consistent pipeline of high potential talent and leadership succession candidates.

- UK, US, Sweden, China, Australia, Germany & Canada
- From 2011:
- Russia, Egypt, Brazil, Puerto Rico, India, Japan & other mainland European countries
- Graduates have the opportunity to develop a good understanding of their chosen area in Operations (i.e. Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Global Quality, IS or Engineering) through a variety of challenging roles involving meeting both internal clients and suppliers.
- First placements will be allocated based on background and business fit.
- Performance is assessed throughout – with progression toll gates built in at the end of each year.
- A progress validation assessment process takes place at the end of the second year.
- Subject to satisfactory assessment, a permanent contract is offered, commencing with a 12 month capability consolidation role.
